Our Mission

To assist individuals with developmental disabilities, obtain and maintain employment in their community, and provide personalized services that foster community integration, skill development, and individualized pathways to employment and personal success. The employment aims to provide the individuals with structure and supplemental income, to help them increase their self-esteem and enable them to enhance their quality of life.

Our Story

Inari, founder of Community Access Plus, developed her experience working in organizations with similar values and overseeing job sites across San Jose and Petaluma. Through this work, she gained a strong understanding of employment systems and the barriers faced by neurodivergent individuals.On April 1, 2003, she established Community Access Plus to expand access to structured employment opportunities and reliable income.
